Terms of use

These terms apply to the Kindwave app and the Kindwave Plus subscriptions, provided by GO RICH MARKETING LLC ("we", "us"). By using Kindwave you agree to them. If you downloaded Kindwave from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Not medical advice

Kindwave is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not provide medical advice.

• Kindwave records the doses you enter. It never recommends, calculates, converts or changes a dose. Follow the instructions of your prescriber and the official medication guide.
• Charts such as the estimated medication level are educational illustrations based on published averages. They are not measurements and must not be used to make treatment decisions.
• Reminders can fail (for example if notifications are turned off or the phone is off). Do not rely on Kindwave alone for taking medicine on time.
• In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your data

Your information stays on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for creating backups; we cannot recover data that was deleted or stored only on a lost device. See the privacy policy for details.

Kindwave Plus

Kindwave Plus is available as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices may vary by country and may include taxes. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• The lifetime purchase unlocks Plus features on the store account used to buy it, for as long as Kindwave offers them.

Acceptable use

You may use Kindwave for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Changes and availability

We may update Kindwave, add or change features, or update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or on this page. Continuing to use Kindwave after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Kindwave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
